Since our puppies are raised in our family homes, we do not offer public access. However, we're happy to arrange a scheduled visit at a convenient meeting location to meet and spend time with the puppies. Puppy selections are typically made through a private facetime call. Once you join our waitlist and place your reservation fee, you'll also receive access to our private Facebook waitlist group, where we share behind the scenes photos, videos, live updates, and more so you can follow along until your puppy comes home at 8 weeks. It helps pass the time while you're waiting to bring your puppy home.

No dog is truly hypoallergenic, but Goldendoodles are often considered allergy-friendly because many have low to no shedding coats. Reactions can still vary from person to person, so families with moderate to severe allergies should schedule a visit with the puppies before committing to a puppy.

We specialize in F1B, F1BB, and Multigenerational Goldendoodles. We choose these generations because they are more likely to produce that perfect wavy or curly, low-shedding Goldendoodle coat that most families are looking for. These generations allow us to thoughtfully pair our dogs' temperament, coat type, size and overall health.

• F1B: is typically an F1 Goldendoodle bred to a poodle.
• F1BB: is typically an F1B Goldendoodle bred back to a poodle.
• Multigenerational: a Goldendoodle bred to another Goldendoodle from established generations.

Coat type can still vary within any generation, ranging from wavy to curly.

We currently breed Mini, Medium, and Standard Goldendoodles. Mini: Approximately 10-20lbs. Medium: Approximately 30-40lbs. Standard: 40lbs+. Adult size is always an estimate, as genetics, diet, exercise, and overall lifestyle and development can all play a role in a dog's final weight and height.

Yes. Our parent dogs are either health tested or actively completing their health testing as part of our breeding program. When planning each pairing, we also carefully consider health history, genetics, structure, temperament, coat, and lineage. We also stay in touch with our past puppy families via our private families group on Facebook. By doing this we are able to gather feedback on previous pairings, including temperament, appearance, coat, structure, size, and overall development. This information helps us continually evaluate our program and make thoughtful breeding decisions as we strive to produce the healthiest, happiest, and best-rounded Goldendoodles possible. Occasionally, we retain a puppy from one of our established, thoroughly tested lines. In those cases, we consider the health history and testing behind that lineage along with any additional testing appropriate for the individual dog.

Yes. We are located in Jacksonville, FL and work with families throughout the U.S. While we do not provide flight nanny services ourselves, we are happy to recommend trusted third-party flight nannies who can personally accompany your puppy in the cabin and hand deliver them to your nearest major airport. All travel arrangements, pricing, and payment are handled directly between the buyer and the flight nanny. First Coast Goldendoodles is not affiliated with or responsible for the third-party transportation provider. We will coordinate with your chosen nanny and personally deliver your puppy to the airport for departure. Once your puppy has been transferred into the care of the transporter, the puppy is no longer in our care or control, and any risks associated with transportation are the responsibility of the buyer and transportation provider.

Our waitlist is organized in the order reservation fees are received, since we are unable to guarantee how many puppies will be born in each litter. A $500.00 non-refundable reservation fee secures your place on our waitlist. Once you join our waitlist, you will receive access to our private waitlist group on Facebook where we will announce upcoming litters, updates in regards to puppy selection, preparation tips before you bring home your puppy and coordinating puppy pickup, fun behind the scenes photos, videos, and weekly photo updates of each puppy, etc. Puppy selections begin at approximately 4 weeks of age. Families select in waitlist order and will have the opportunity to choose from the puppies available when it's their turn. Puppy selections are usually scheduled a few days in advance and are typically completed by a private facetime call so families can see the puppies and ask any questions before making their choice, calls usually take 5-10 minutes. You are welcome to pass on a litter as many times as you would like while waiting for the right puppy for your family, and passing will not cause you to lose your place on the waitlist. However, you must select a puppy within one year of placing your reservation fee. If you have not selected a puppy within that one-year period, your non-refundable reservation fee will be forfeited and you will be removed from the waitlist. We have limited opportunities for in-person puppy selections. Because puppies are still young and mom is often still nursing during this stage, we try to limit in person visits to help reduce stress and protect the health and well-being of both mom and puppies.

Our wait time is typically 3-6 months, but can vary depending on upcoming litters, your preferences, and your position on our waitlist. Because breeding and pregnancy are dependent on Mother Nature, we cannot guarantee an exact timeframe. Many of our litters are reserved before the puppies are born, so we encourage families to join the waitlist early for the best opportunity to choose a puppy that fits what they are looking for. Families may choose to pass on a litter if the timing or available puppies are not the right fit and wait for a future litter.

We are happy to offer boarding exclusively to our prior First Coast Goldendoodle families for $50.00 per day, based on availability. We ask that families provide as much advance notice as possible, as boarding space is limited and dates, especially the summer and holidays, fill up quickly. All boarding drop-offs and pick-ups will take place at Trinity Baptist Church at 800 Hammond Blvd Jax, FL 32221. Our boarding is provided in our private home with our families. Your dog will be cared for as part of our household and will have normal interaction, playtime, and socialization while staying with us. Please understand that we are not a commercial boarding kennel, and our home environment may include children, other dogs, normal household activity, outdoor play, and other everyday risks associated with in-home boarding. By choosing to board your dog with us, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept the risks associated with in-home boarding, including but not limited to illness, injury, accidents, interactions with other animals, escape, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances. You agree to release and hold harmless First Coast Goldendoodles, North Florida Doodles, and our family harmless from liability injury, illness, loss, damage, or veterinary expenses that may occur during your dog's stay. We strongly encourage Pet Insurance to protect against unexpected injury or illness as a precaution. Any veterinary expenses or other costs incurred on behalf of your dog while in our care will remain the responsibility of the owner. We understand circumstances change and for various reasons a puppy or adult dog may need to be returned. We are always willing to assist with finding them a new home. Please understand that returning a puppy or adult dog does not entitle you to a refund. For the safety and well being of our dogs, we ask that they not be surrendered to a shelter, rescue, etc. without contacting us first as outlined in our contract.

Yes! We highly recommend starting training before your puppy even comes home. We partner with Baxter & Bella, an on-line puppy training program that offers easy to follow videos, lessons, schedules, and helpful resources for everything from crate and potty training to manners, socialization, and basic commands. Many of our past families have used Baxter & Bella and had wonderful success with it. We love that you can begin watching the training videos ahead of time so you feel prepared from day one, then continue using the program as your puppy grows. At First Coast Goldendoodles, the health, happiness, and quality of life for our dogs are always top priority. Our Guardian Home Program allows select breeding dogs to live with loving, carefully chosen families rather than being raised in a traditional kennel environment. Through this program, our dogs enjoy the individual attention, companionship and everyday family life they deserve while remaining part of the First Coast Goldendoodles breeding program. It also allows us to thoughtfully maintain a healthy and genetically diverse breeding program without having more dogs in our personal home than we can give individual attention to.

First and foremost you will receive our unlimited breeder support. We also have a private Families of First Coast Goldendoodles page on Facebook where past families can socialize, ask questions, seek training tips, arrange play-dates, post pictures and keep up with past littermates, etc. It is a fun little community that we've created over the years.

Your puppy will receive a complete vet clearance at 8 weeks. That also includes the first set of puppy vaccinations.

To activate the one (1) year health Guarantee for life-threatening congenital conditions, the buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) calendar days of pickup. The Buyer must email proof of completed veterinary examination to firstcoastgoldendoodles@gmail.com within that same three (3) day period. Failure to complete the examination and provide proof to us within the required three (3) calendar days of pickup will void the one (1) year congenital health Guarantee. No exceptions.

Yes, as part of our puppy pickup requirements, buyers must activate the 30 days of no-cost Trupanion pet insurance coverage offered through our breeder program. This temporary coverage is designed to provide added protection during your puppy's transition into their new home. Activation must be completed as instructed at or around puppy pickup in order for the complimentary coverage to take effect. After the complimentary coverage period ends, you may choose whether or not to continue your Trupanion policy at your own expense.
