Who We Are
This website is run by North Florida Doodles DBA First Coast Goldendoodles (“First Coast Goldendoodles,” “we,” “us”), a family goldendoodle breeder in Jacksonville, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What We Collect
What you type into our forms. We only collect personal information you choose to send us:
- Puppy Application — your name, address, phone, email, your puppy preferences (size, gender, delivery) and anything you tell us about yourself, your home or family.
- Guardian Home Application — your name, address, phone numbers and email, plus your answers about your home and family (for example other pets, allergies, children, whether you own or rent, your yard and your veterinarian) and the names of the references you list. Please only list references who are happy to be contacted.
- Schedule a Call — your name, phone number and preferred time for a call.
Sent automatically with a form. When you submit a form we also record the page you sent it from, the page that linked you there (the “referrer”), your browser type (the “user agent”) and your IP address. We use these to spot and block spam and abuse.
Payment information. We never see or store your card or bank account numbers. See Payments below.
Browsing. If you click Accept on our cookie notice, Google Analytics and Google Ads collect information about how you use the site. See Cookies below.
How We Use It
- To review your application and contact you about puppies, our waitlist or the Guardian Home Program.
- To call you back at the time you asked for.
- To process your reservation fee and keep a record of your reservation.
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and whether our advertising works (only if you accept cookies).
- To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
Payments
When you pay a reservation fee, you are sent to a checkout page hosted by Stripe. You enter your card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank account details on Stripe’s page, not ours, so we never see or store those numbers. Stripe tells us whether the payment went through, along with basic details such as the amount, your name and email. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
How Long We Keep It
We keep form submissions and payment records for as long as we need them to handle your application, your time on our waitlist, your puppy’s placement or your guardian home agreement, and afterwards for as long as the law or our tax and business records require. When we no longer need information, we delete it. Cookies last for the times listed in Cookies above.
Security
This site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, form submissions are stored in a password-protected database, and payments are handled entirely by Stripe. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your Choices & Requests
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email firstcoastgoldendoodles@gmail.com or call 904-705-6097. We may need to confirm it’s really you, and we may keep records we are legally required to keep (for example, payment records). We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This site is meant for adults looking for a puppy or a guardian home placement. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our website or the services we use change. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
